Qualified Tuition Reduction

For complete information, please refer to the QTR Information on the UA Human Resources website. You may also obtain the application online from the above link, or go directly to the form.

 

To process a QTR form:

 

  1. Obtain the QTR application form from the above links, or from your department's payroll representative.
  2. A new QTR form must be completed and approved each semester.
  3. You must be registered for classes, and all prior semester charges must be paid.
  4. Complete the form, obtain the required signatures, and mail or hand carry the form to either:

Qualified Tuition Reductions do not cover the following fees, which must be paid in full by the payment due date to avoid late charges:

 

The balance due will appear accurately on your Account Summary only if you complete the steps above by the Account Summary date.
