Qualified Tuition Reduction

The Qualified Tuition Reduction (QTR) Program enables eligible active and officially retired employees, their spouses and qualified dependents, to enroll for classes at reduced tuition rates. To utilize this benefit, employees must submit a QTR Form to UA Human Resources for approval prior to each semester/session of enrollment. To Process a QTR Form

  1. Download the QTR Application Form from UA Human Resources, or obtain one from your department's payroll representative.
  2. Complete the form, obtain the required signatures, and send to either:
