Understanding Your Account Summary

  1. Important message section. This message will change for each month an Account Summary is sent. Always read this message for each Account Summary received.
  2. SUMMARY DATE: The date the Account Summary was produced.
  3. AMOUNT DUE: The total balance due for this Account Summary as of the SUMMARY DATE (#2).
  4. DUE DATE: The AMOUNT DUE must be paid by this date.
  5. AMOUNT PAID: Write the amount you are paying in this box when paying by mail.
  6. Student Link website address for online payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checking/savings).
  7. Student's Billing address. To change this address, log in to Student Link and make updates to the Billing address only.
  8. Student's 9-character ID number and name.
  9. DATE: Indicates the date that each transaction posted to the account.
  10. SUBCD: Indicates the subcode assigned to each transaction (for Office use only).
  11. DESCRIPTION: Indicates a short description explaining each transaction.
  12. CHARGES: tuition, registration, fees, and other campus charges.
  13. CREDITS: payments, Financial Aid or adjustments to the account.
  14. SUMMARY BALANCE: Total sum of all charges and credits listed on this Account Summary. This is the same as the AMOUNT DUE (#3).
