Account Summary Policy

Account Summaries are mailed the 3rd Monday of each month (except January and August), and must be paid in full within 21 days to avoid past due balance charges. Do not wait to receive an Account Summary; check your account balance on Student Link and make payments. Account Summaries are sent as a courtesy and are only accurate as of the day they are printed.

Tuition charges are time sensitive and must be paid by the Tuition Payment Deadline, regardless of when they appear on the student account.

Mailing Inserts

Use the drop-down menu below to view our tuition information mailing inserts. These inserts are included with the Account Summaries mailed in July (Fall), December (Spring), April (Summer Presession), May (Summer Session 1), and June (Summer Session 2).
